Consultation payments are generally non-refundable once a slot is confirmed and consultation resources are allocated.

If a consultation is cancelled by the clinic or cannot be delivered due to technical issues from our side, eligible refunds or rescheduling support will be provided.

For product orders, refund or replacement requests may be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within a reasonable period of delivery.
